I just bought a piece! When will my order ship?
Congrats on your new MOSSWARE! Upon successful payment processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Following that, your item will be packaged with a handmade thank-you note and shipped within 3-5 business days.

What materials do you use?
I craft each piece from a red-brown stoneware clay body, undergoes a bisque-fire at 1855°F, and a subsequent glaze firing at 2200°F. The process includes hand-painting three layers of white slip for optimal glazing results. All products feature a combination of premium Amaco and Mayco glazes for consistency.

How do I take care of my new piece?
While dishwasher safe, for longevity, I recommend hand washing due to the high temperature and pressure of dishwashers. Maintain the beauty of your MOSSWARE piece through occasional dusting or hand washing.

I want a piece that’s out of stock! How can I get it?
As many items are unique and not replicated, purchasing an item before it sells is recommended. While preorders and commissions are unavailable, you can use the request page to express interest in restocking a sold-out product. Although not guaranteed, I consider these requests to keep desired items on the website.

When will you restock? 
Regular drops occur monthly, sometimes more frequently if more pieces are available. Announcements for drops are made on Instagram and through my email subscription. Subscribers have the advantage of shopping 24 hours before the public release, with only one email per drop to avoid spam.
